Q: Where are your products shipped from?
A: Most of our products are shipped directly from our warehouses and partners in China. In some cases, we may ship from local fulfillment centers depending on product availability and logistics efficiency.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes, we ship worldwide. No matter where you are, we work with trusted logistics providers (such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, and local couriers) to deliver your order safely.

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Standard international orders usually arrive within 710 business days via express couriers (DHL/FedEx). If you choose an economy option, it may take 2030 days depending on your location. Please note that our shipping time estimates do not include the 23 days processing period needed to coordinate with partner warehouses before dispatch.

 

Orders & Shipping

Q: How much is shipping?
A: Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address, shipping method, and package weight. All product prices listed on our website do not include shipping by default.

Q: Can I choose a cheaper shipping method?
A: Yes. Our system will display the available options at checkout. If you feel the cost is too high, you may contact our support team (info@csstudio.cn) and request an alternative method. Please note that cheaper options may have longer transit times and higher risks of lost or delayed parcels.

Q: What happens if my package is lost or delayed?
A: For express shipping (DHL/FedEx/UPS), lost packages are covered by the couriers insurance, and we will assist you in filing a claim. For economy or local shipping options, the risk of delay or loss is higher, and compensation may be limited. We recommend choosing express shipping whenever possible.

Q: Do you handle customs duties or taxes?
A: Customs duties, VAT, and import taxes vary by country and are the responsibility of the customer. Please check your local regulations before placing an order. If you require a specific invoice value or customs declaration, please leave a note during checkout or contact us directly.

 

Payment & Billing

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We currently accept:

• Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, etc.)

• PayPal

• Bank Transfer (for larger or B2B orders please contact us for instructions)

Q: Is my payment secure?
A: Absolutely. All payments are processed through secure and encrypted channels. We do not store your card details on our servers.

Q: Can I pay in my local currency?
A: Our prices are displayed in USD by default. Depending on your payment provider, you may see charges in your local currency with conversion fees applied by your bank or card issuer.

Q: Do you support installment payments or Buy Now, Pay Laterservices?
A: At the moment, we do not provide installment or deferred payment options. All orders must be paid in full before shipping.

Q: Will I receive an invoice for my order?
A: Yes, a digital invoice will be automatically generated and emailed to you after your payment is confirmed. If you require a formal or customized invoice (e.g., for business use), please contact us at info@csstudio.cn.

Q: Can I request a specific invoice value for customs clearance?
A: Yes. By default, we declare the product value equal to your actual purchase amount. If you need a specific invoice value (e.g., for customs or tax purposes), please note it during checkout or contact us in advance. Please be aware that any issues arising from under-declared values are at the buyers own risk.

Returns & Refunds

Q: Do you accept returns?
A: We only accept returns for products that have quality issues or arrive damaged/defective. We do not accept no-reasonreturns.

Q: What is your return window?
A: You must inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 7 days of confirmed receipt if there are any issues. If no claim is made within 7 days, we will assume that the order has been received in full and in good condition.

Q: Who covers the return shipping cost?
A: If the product has confirmed quality issues, we will cover the cost of return shipping. Please note that returns for personal reasons (such as changed mindor wrong product ordered) are not accepted.

Q: Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
A: In most cases, we prioritize exchanges (sending you a replacement product). Refunds may be considered in special cases where exchange is not possible.

Q: How do I initiate a return or exchange?
A: Please contact our customer support team at info@csstudio.cn with your order number, photos/videos of the defective product, and a description of the issue. Our team will review your case and guide you through the next steps.

Q: How long does the return/exchange process take?
A: Once your claim is approved, replacement or refund will be processed after the returned product is received and inspected. Depending on your region and shipping method, this process may take 24 weeks in total.

 

Warranty Policy

Q: Do your products come with a warranty?
A: Yes. All products sold on our website include a warranty. The warranty period for each product will be clearly stated on the product page. In addition, many items are also covered by the original manufacturers warranty, which may vary depending on the brand.

Q: What does the warranty cover?
A: The warranty covers manufacturing defects and quality-related issues under normal use. It does not cover:

• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or accidents

• Wear and tear from normal use

• Unauthorized modifications or repairs

• Damage caused by improper storage or handling

Q: How do I make a warranty claim?

Q: What happens after my warranty claim is approved?
A: Depending on the situation, we will either:

• Provide a replacement product (if available)

• Repair the product (if feasible)

• Offer a refund or partial refund (if replacement/repair is not possible)

Q: Who covers the shipping costs for warranty claims?
A: If the product is confirmed to be defective under warranty, we will cover the return and reshipping costs. If the issue is not covered by warranty, the customer is responsible for all related shipping fees.

Q: Does the warranty period reset after replacement?
A: No. Replacement products follow the original warranty period starting from the date of your initial purchase.
